Ingredients:
2 Avocados
5 Thin Scallions,
trimmed and finely chopped
Juice of One Lime
3 Tbsp of Finely
chopped Cilantro
1 Jalapeno, seeded
and finely minced
Salt and Pepper, to
taste
Process,
1/2 ripe tomato, seeds and pulp removed, chopped(optional)
1) Cut the avocados
in half and remove the stone, scoop the flesh into a bowl and using a fork,
mash it to your desired consistency (prefer mine a big on the chunky side)
2) Add remaining
ingredient and mix well. Serve with Tortilla chips and Enjoy!
