Pellizcos de Canela
1 package flour tortillas
1 cup sugar
¼ cup ground cinnamon
oil, for frying
1. Cut the tortillas into wedges.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
3. In a deep skillet, heat the oil. Fry the tortilla wedges in small batches until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
